This very special trip combines two of Utah’s biggest draws!

Dates: Thursday, Jan. 27 through Sunday, January 30, 2022

Sundance Film Festival, Reimagined: Our group will enjoy exclusive VIP premiere lm screen- ings during the lm festival right on site at Stein’s since the festival has moved to a hybrid online and in-peson format due to COVID-19.

Ski with the Pros: Join Pro Skiers Dash Longe and Olympic Medalist  Shannon Bahrke on the hill and sharpen your skills (for higher intermediate and advanced skiers) or take the day off to relax at the spa and catch the hottest films of the 2022 Film Festival (or both!!!!). Dash will also screen his new film Stone’s Throw in person for our group. Lift tickets and separate private instruction by Deer Valley instructors are all user pay.

First Tracks, No Lift Lines: “First Tracks” at certain Deer Valley lifts, open one hour early for our group only. As all Park City locals know, skiing during Sundance Film Festival is the best time to be on the mountain. Everyone’s watching lms and visiting classic Park City Old Town. Experience Utah’s champagne powder without long li lines.

Built in Schedule Flexibility: The beauty of this trip is that you can choose how much you want to do of any given activity: which films and how many you want to see, and skiing at the premiere Deer Valley Resort. Enjoy the best of both worlds – Sundance Film Festival and Deer Valley Ski Resort – at your own pace.

Deluxe Accomodations at Stein Eriksen Lodge: Guests will enjoy the perks of ski-in/ski-out at Stein Eriksen Lodge, Utah’s only 5-star resort located on the ski hill at the spectacular Deer Valley Resort.

Dining Experience: All gourmet breakfasts, lunches, dinners included, including one dinner at the award-winning and YPO-owned Riverhorse downtown Park City.

A Few Thoughts on Good Living

“Don’t listen to what they say. Go see.”

I’ve done a fair share of traveling over the years – with family, friends, just gals, and with clients. As part of my job over the last 15 years as a professional non-profit fundraiser, I’ve had the opportunity to create, organize and host lots of wonderful events. In recent years, I’ve had a remarkable opportunity to create a VIP package around the famous BottleRock Napa Valley 3-day music festival. Both years were amazing experiences and a ton of fun to plan; but only in this most recent year did it begin to occur to me that I would love to do more of this kind of thing moving forward. Thus the launch of Hale Yes! Productions in 2018.

When clients tell you that whatever you plan next, they want to come — that means something. It brings me great pleasure and satisfaction to exceed client expectations on every level, and share my love for exceptional experiences with others. After all, aren’t these the things we all remember best for years to come? Sharing the love for travel, good food and wine, and filled with extraordinary, memorable experiences throughout?

HALE YES! Join us on our next adventure.
